Terms and Conditions

Services Provided

By engaging with my services, you agree to the scope of work outlined in your specific Service Agreement or Welcome Packet. This may include social media management, content strategy, virtual assistance, and document organization. Any additional tasks outside the original scope will require a new agreement or an additional fee.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure high-quality results, the client agrees to provide:

• Timely access to necessary accounts and branding assets.

• Clear communication and feedback within agreed-upon timelines.

• Final approval on all content before it is published.

3. Payments and Fees

• Billing: Services are billed as outlined in your invoice (e.g., monthly retainers or project-based fees).

• Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause services if invoices remain unpaid past the due date.

• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital service and strategy work, payments are non-refundable with no exceptions once work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the final creative deliverables (graphics, captions, and strategy documents) produced for their brand.

• Business Ownership: We retain ownership of our proprietary processes, original templates, and any "know-how" used to perform the services.

• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) states otherwise.

5. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all hours worked or milestones completed up to the termination date.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence and community growth, we cannot guarantee specific metrics (such as exact follower counts or viral reach) as these are subject to third-party platform algorithms. We are not liable for any loss of revenue or data resulting from platform outages or client-side errors.

7. Confidentiality

We value your trust. All sensitive business information, login credentials, and internal data shared during our collaboration will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Account Security & Platform Issues

• Third-Party Vulnerabilities: We implement industry-standard security measures when handling client accounts; however, we are not liable for unauthorized access, "hacking," or security breaches resulting from third-party platform vulnerabilities or client-side security lapses.

• Platform Changes: We are not responsible for technical glitches, account suspensions, "shadowbans," or loss of functionality caused by the social media platforms themselves (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc).

• Credential Sharing: If the client chooses to share login credentials rather than using secure third-party management tools (like Meta Business Suite or scheduling software), the client assumes all associated security risks.
